On the occasion of the sitting of the national Council of Standards, Metrology and Quality Management (CNMGQ) held in Grand Popo the 4th and 5th of August 2022, the Standard’s draft titled: »Standard on the carbonized biomass cooking stove – Performances, Sampling and experimentation methods’ Technical Specifications » is henceforth available and usable by the stakeholders.
After the meeting of the sector’s Technical Committee which gathers the field’s experts and some stakeholders, the sitting of the Council gathers once more apart from some members of the Technical Committee, the stakeholders of public and private sectors extended to the consumers in order to examine the works previously executed.
After the opening ceremony by Gabin Joseph DEGBEY, General Manager of the national Agency of Standards Metrology and Quality Control (ANM), a leading team of the debates was set sup and was headed by Mrs. MITCHAI Rosemonde , the reporting assumed by Charlotte DOSSOU and Joël TOSSENOU was the Technical Secretary.
The debates were very inclusive and furnished in contributions and helped the improvement of the document which represents henceforth a quality compass of all the field’s stakeholders.
It is worth mentioning the satisfaction of the coordination team of the Energetic Services Improvement Project (PASE) which managed the technical file of this Standard’s project funded by the World Bank at the end of this workshop.
Herbert KOULETIO from the Energetic Services Improvement Project (PASE) thanked all the members of the national Council of Standards Metrology and Quality Management (CNMGQ) for their outstanding participation and the national Agency of Standards Metrology and Quality Control (ANM) for its leadership in the coordination of the works which leaded to the ratification of the present Standard.
The sitting of the national Council of Standards Metrology and Quality Management (CNMGQ) closed by Joseph Gabin DEGBEY General Manager of the national Agency of Standards Metrology and Quality Control (ANM), ended on a satisfactory feeling of all the participants.
